¡Feliz Navidad!
- 21oz cream of celery soup
- 24oz sour cream
- 8-ish oz Sriracha sauce
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 60-some oz frozen tater tots
Mix everything except tots in a dish. Sample hotness with chips. Pour over tots, and mix in. Cover. Put in oven for 90 minutes at 350.
When I sampled it with the chips, I realized that it made a good dip right there. You could probably forget about the tots and just use the sauce for dip. It turned out to be a little hotter than I anticipated, but my coworkers enjoyed it. Consensus was that it was the best dish at the Christmas Eve potluck.
You can't complain about this anymore. It's perfect!
