21oz cream of celery soup
24oz sour cream
8-ish oz Sriracha sauce
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
60-some oz frozen tater tots

Mix everything except tots in a dish. Sample hotness with chips. Pour over tots, and mix in. Cover. Put in oven for 90 minutes at 350.

When I sampled it with the chips, I realized that it made a good dip right there. You could probably forget about the tots and just use the sauce for dip. It turned out to be a little hotter than I anticipated, but my coworkers enjoyed it. Consensus was that it was the best dish at the Christmas Eve potluck.

Cinco de Mayo Burgers
Thoroughly mix ground beef with the taco seasoning and hot sauce in a large bowl. Form into 9 to 12 patties. Grill for 20 or so minutes, flipping once and applying cheese after 10 minutes. Take a bun, and add one layer of jalapenos. Apply mayonnaise, so that it flows into the gaps between and inside the jalapenos (so it won't squirt out when you eat it). Apply 1 cooked patty, and pile on as many jalapenos as you can stomach, and, if desired, add more hot sauce and mayo. Eat.
Chicken Maranade
Combine all ingredients into a bucket or large bowl. Let sit for 24-48 hours. Place on grill and dribble extra marinade on chicken. Grill at 300 for about 30-40 minutes, turning once about halfway through. Serve with sides, like rice and green beans.
Burgers Italiano
Place garlic, oregano, basil, and ground beef into a large mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix together. Mold into 12 (almost) half pound patties. Grill for about 15 minutes (or to desired doneness). Serve with buns and toppings (cheese, tomato, lettuce, etc...).
Yobi's Basic Spelling Tricks
Yobi's Basic Spelling Tricks is a spelling game that came with my family's old Compaq 486 back in the 90s. I'm not sure what prompted me to dig this up. I suspect that seeing a blog that's trying to list every videogame that features Moai jarred my memory, but this isn't listed there (despite Moai being in this game). (I'd like to submit this game there, but I can't find any way to do that outside of Twitter.) After about 3 minutes of searching, I found this game and fired up Twentieth Century.
Ashes of the Singularity
It's the future, and the singularity has happened. Artificial intelligences exist, and humanity roams the stars (some of them, at least). A few have transferred their consciousnesses into computers to join the AIs. Did you think that would change humanity's fundamental territorial nature?
Grey Goo
Grey Goo is a real time strategy game that sneaked out in 2015 from Petroglyph. I hadn't heard of them, so I looked those guys up. Former Westwood Studios people that needed somewhere to go after EA shut them down, so they founded Petroglyph. I haven't played any of the Red Alert series, so I can't tell if this is a spiritual successor.
